As a first time home buyer, I expected the journey to becoming a home owner to be length, difficult and require a lot of hoops in order to get me there. I don't have the best credit, nor strongest assets, but Neighbors made it work and it was waaaay easier than I anticipated, too easy honestly, lol. I started this process in February, put it on hold for a few months, started again in May and had an accepted offer within a month of looking and am well moved into my first home. I have 3x the yard, an open concept house, updated appliances and no landlord to tell me what kind of pets I can or can't have at an extra cost for about 100 extra bucks a month than I was paying in rent. I really didn't expect such a phenomenal outcome and I would recommend anyone take a look into purchasing a home with Neighbors and see where it takes them!

Had an awesome experience with Neighbor's Bank. Our loan officer, Rachael was super helpful and went above and beyond helping us through the process and answering any questions we had. Happy we got to work with her regarding our home loan. I Loved the Neighbor's Bank online system with to-do's and reviewing and uploading documents. Easy to use and understand!
