I had a unique banking situation and wasn't able to save a lot for a down payment while paying rent. Cecil and Keri both worked incredibly hard to get me into the home i wanted. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have had such a wonderful, responsive, hard working team on my side.

My entire experience with neighbors Bank was a complete nightmare. I will never ever use an online banker ever again. I will always bank locally. This was completely horrible.

From the first click for pre-qualifications to the final closing everything was smooth and made a lot of sense. The team that I worked with communicated effectively, not too often but just right. The app was amazing at keeping me up-to-date 24 hours a day seven days a week and guided me through the process effortlessly.

I felt that our experience was great. We had one home purchase fall through due to the condition of the home, but once we started looking at a new one, the process went so smoothly since we had already submitted all of our documents. There were times when I would have liked clearer or quicker communication, but overall we felt that our loan team was on top of it.
