Everyone that worked with me was very helpful and diligent. Christina was always available when I had questions as a first time home buyer and it made the experience much less challenging.

They were prompt and made sure I was kept in the loop with everything that was going on. this being my first home purchase i had a lot of questions. However they were very patient with me, answered all of my questions and broke it down to where I could understand it.

As a first time homeowner, I was nervous about the entire process. But thanks to the amazing team at Neighbors Bank, all doubts and concerns quickly faded away. They walked me through EVERY step, ready to answer any questions I had. From getting pre approved, to closing day there was a member from Neighbors Bank ready to help me with any concerns or information. The experience was very pleasant, as they broke down every thing in a manner which was very easy to understand. Great communication also made a HUGE difference, as the team members were ready to provide all the information I needed or any questions answered.
