I had a great experience with Neighbors Bank from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I especially want to thank Miranda for going above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. Her communication, patience, and willingness to help made a huge difference, and I truly appreciate everything she did for me. The people at Neighbors bank have been exceptionally helpful throughout the process and will resolve questions you had. The portal app made it easy to supply the required documents they needed via a checklist system so you know what was already done and what was still needed. Derek Wilson was my loan officer! He was great. We’ve been working together for over a year and a half trying to find a house and he went to bat for me on every single turn! First time navigating buying a home and even though the slight hiccups we had with finding the perfect home they were so kind and supportive.
