It was a wild ride but our loan officer was very supportive. He even stepped in and remained professional when the escrow company was not doing what they needed to do to close escrow in time. The loan officer made himself available throughout each phase of the home buying process.

The first person I worked with Aylex was very polite and wonderful to work with she answered all questions I had and worked really hard to get back with me as soon as possible. Once my loan got transferred from her everything went mostly smooth until the last couple of weeks. I called multiple times with no call back, sent emails that were not replied to in a timely manner. It’s all worked out now I just got irritated with lack of communication

Joey Mirth was our loan officer and he was great! Any questions we had were answered and he was there for us every step of the way.Kimberly Ford, our loaning coordinator was wonderful too! She was quick to respond and was very helpful.Both were on top of everything and made sure we were comfortable and worked with us.We are first time home buyers and had a great experience and definitely will recommend Neighbors Bank to friends/family.

Very frustrating experience. Our closing was pushed out 2 times and to do list was completed so we didn’t know why. We were also not able to reach our contracts at the time.
