I don’t know where to start our loan officer Christina Jordan was absolutely amazing for a first time homebuyer at 65 years old she helped make this process easy, especially with all this being online my daughter will be looking for a home in near future and I definitely recommend Christina Jordan and Neighbors Bank

My experience whit neighbors bank was very unique, low fico , low money, but Angela Price, Kacie Smith,Rod Parham,Austin Loyd, these team star working in my loan 7/19/26 and 8/19/26 we close the deal , My realtor Jevincio Tooson did a tremendous job to be a part of these team , them blue grass title Jennifer Bautista seal the deal, If you think you can’t qualify for a loan , give a neighbors bank a chance , excellent team working for a great company , the only thing you need to do follow theirs instructions and summit doc request your loan will move forward quickly, they do the rest. Thank you guys

Neighbors Bank makes buying a house easy. The entire process of getting pre-approved and submitted documents can be done easily from you computer or mobile device. Communication is mostly electronic (SMS or email). The app is user friendly and easy for anyone to figure out.

Tabitha the initial contact person. I dealt with was fantastic! She is the reason I sadly ended up going with this lender instead of the other one I was considering. Once she passed me off things went to crap. Text messages went unanswered some for 8 days and was only answered once I sent an email to all the team email addresses. Twice they waited until a couple days before closing to tell me something was missing from the seller or appraiser and that we wouldn't be able to close. Buying a house is always stressful but when I have done it before with other lenders they did everything they could to make it go smoothly. The only person who seemed to remotely care about what was going on and getting my house closed was Nina Erickson who filled in for our loan coordinator a couple times when the coordinator was out. If it wasn't for her I doubt we would have closed at all. We initially started the process with Neighbor's bank on May 6th and finally closed on July 24th. I honestly believe if my realtor had not contacted the client advocate with Neighbors Bank that we would not have closed even then. So shout outs to Tabitha, Nina and the client advocate for at least responding to us trying to get stuff done. Sadly like many other reviewers lack of communication and not getting things sent or notifications made in a timely fashion lead to a lot of delays and frustration for both myself us and the seller.

That said, we're truly sorry for the communication breakdowns that made an already stressful process so much harder. Eight days without a response to a text message, last-minute notifications before closing, and the delays you and the seller experienced are not acceptable, and we understand why this experience left such a poor impression.
