The lack of communication lead us to move in 2 weeks later than expected and the disrespect from the staff in pushing our closing back, the mind games with me, my employer, and title company even had the title company give us the keys and move in and later in the day proceed to tell us they haven’t sent funds and weren’t clear to move in after already signing!!!! This was wayyy more complicated than it had to be due to Emma Loyd, Justin Mongler, and Mason C.

It started off a good start. Then we were handed over to another underwriter. We were told we wouldn’t have to pay but a small amount of closing cost. Then the day of closing we were told we’d have to pay 2600.00. We were to meet a notary to sign our papers. We drove all the way to Evansville ended up waiting. But the way we were treated no information things on their end weren’t done. Like for instance ordering an appraisal. The first time never ordered. It was not a fun or easy ride. Our realtor got more done for us by staying on the team. I could say more but there is no reason to get all excited over it.

The loan officer, Christina Jordan, was absolutely amazing. She stayed in communication with us. She answered every question we had, even if it was outside of office hours. Her communication skills and knowledge are phenomenal!! On the other hand, Brittany Christian, the loan coordinator, was the complete opposite of Christina. Brittany wouldn't answer phone calls or call back when we left a message, barely answered emails and almost never answered text messages. So, essentially, very little to no communication, caused unnecessary delays in closing. She wasn't properly reading through documents and kept asking for things that were already in our file and asking for information about an "employer" that neither my husband nor myself works for and we've never worked for. Brittany turned an initially great experience into an unnecessary stressful, frustrating, aggravating experience.

Chris Yackley avoided my calls and emails and was very unhelpful overall. He did not explain or describe any part of the process of buying my first home whatsoever. All in all it was an absolute nightmare and I was left to figure nearly everything out on my own. I wouldn’t recommend anybody ever to avoid them going through what I went through.
