My actual loan officer Kolby was great. I did have trouble getting a finalized list of documentation concerning the USDA process. I did frustrated multiple times. It took close to 6 months to complete. If it wasn’t for Kolby I would have backed out.

From the very beginning of the pre-approval process to the very end when I went to the closing table Mrs. Christina Jordan was very helpful throughout the whole process. She always explained things to where I could understand them and no matter when I had a question even on her off days she would answer me and try to help me. As hectic as buying a house is she made it as easy as possible. Couldn’t have asked for better help!
