This was the first time I had gone through the process of buying a home and boy, was it stressful! My loan officer, Mabel, was there every step of the way to answer all the questions I had, encourage me not to give up and reassure me that I would be a homeowner! She is amazing. She and Alyssa both worked hard to help get things worked out for me to close on the mortgage loan. I am thankful for having such great representatives to work with. One thing I've learned through this process? Be patient. It won't happen overnight. I went through a 3 month long process of getting things ready to close. Don't give up and don't get discouraged.

My experience whit neighbors bank was very unique, low fico , low money, but Angela Price, Kacie Smith,Rod Parham,Austin Loyd, these team star working in my loan 7/19/26 and 8/19/26 we close the deal , My realtor Jevincio Tooson did a tremendous job to be a part of these team , them blue grass title Jennifer Bautista seal the deal, If you think you can’t qualify for a loan , give a neighbors bank a chance , excellent team working for a great company , the only thing you need to do follow theirs instructions and summit doc request your loan will move forward quickly, they do the rest. Thank you guys

I don’t know where to start our loan officer Christina Jordan was absolutely amazing for a first time homebuyer at 65 years old she helped make this process easy, especially with all this being online my daughter will be looking for a home in near future and I definitely recommend Christina Jordan and Neighbors Bank

Neighbors Bank makes buying a house easy. The entire process of getting pre-approved and submitted documents can be done easily from you computer or mobile device. Communication is mostly electronic (SMS or email). The app is user friendly and easy for anyone to figure out.
