Abbie T. is so sweet and understanding. She has a bright, friendly voice. She gave very detailed explanations to anything she needed to explain and to my questions. Abbie is very well informed yet ok with saying if she didn’t know an answer, she knew who to get the answer from. She felt more like a friend than a loan officer. Meredith was also informative. The emails she sent with specifics of the closing process and timeline helped me keep my anxiety at a manageable level. Any first time home buying is going to be raked with nerves, but those two never made me feel uncomfortable or like I had to worry about anything. Of course, I would still recommend to others to ask questions, and be informed themselves because two keys to effective communication are knowledge and understanding. Overall, an amazing experience from a first time home buyer and single mom!
