It could take longer than expected to go through the process because they are very thorough with everything the do so when the loan finally gets to the final act of it actually being approved there is almost zero question that you will get the loan and if you are lucky enough for Mrs Spadie be thankful because she is AWESOME!

Don’t. That’s all I can say about working with Neighbors Bank for your home loan. Buying a home is in the top 3 most stressful events in your life, but these folks made it absolutely the most stressful, most frustrating, the most demeaning event in our lives. Shop around & find an institution that will actually value your situation, your business.
