Everyone was great from the beginning with Carina to Jennifer and Lee . I was going to go with someone else but Carina was just such an incredible help and had so much knowledge. She treated me like family and that’s what matters. I was so afraid but she talked me through everything.

Though my loan went through and I got a place my representatives were very rude, did not keep me up-to-date on what was going on had me do the same things. 3 or 4 2ld me my loan wouldn't go through when they told me it would and just kept me jumping through hoops. For days.

We had put in 3 offers on houses and did not go through with them. We finally found the right house. Neighbors bank did all the work up on every house and never complained. They were great and I would highly recommend them.

Kerry was incredibly helpful and amazing. Jenifer, however, was asking for paperwork attention very last minute consistently and we had to push back closing twice because of last minute needs that took forever to process. I felt that she did not communicate with me when she needed things or was waiting on things and needed me to follow up on them.

Very thorough process. Easy use of the portal. Melissa and Jonathan always kept us in the loop as to what was going during the whole process. Both are very knowledgeable in their field and assured us if we had questions or concerns. When we did have questions, they were both very prompt in getting back to us.They reached out to us the say of signing and even called us the day after congratulating us on our new home. I would definitely recommend Melissa and Jonathan and Neighbors Bank.
