From the very beginning of the pre-approval process to the very end when I went to the closing table Mrs. Christina Jordan was very helpful throughout the whole process. She always explained things to where I could understand them and no matter when I had a question even on her off days she would answer me and try to help me. As hectic as buying a house is she made it as easy as possible. Couldn’t have asked for better help!

I was very disappointed. The communication was poor and anytime I had a question, it would not be responded to for several days. They had 60 days to get everything together and 1 day before my scheduled closing, they had some errors that ended up delaying it an additional 4 days. I had submitted information, the same information several times (where did it go the first time?). I just feel that my personal experience with them was not the greatest. Perhaps others won't go through what I did.

Delayed responses, repeated requests for the same documents, and especially a last-minute closing delay would be upsetting for anyone. After 60 days of preparation, you deserved a smooth and well-coordinated process. I understand why this left you feeling disappointed.

As a disable veteran I was not given the credits I deserved even though I send offers from other banks offering me a lower interest rate and way lower closing cost. I was told that I could decide whether I wanted to stay or go. The only reason I decided to stay with you was to keep me from starting all over again since I suffer from anxiety and I grant you that your online application programcwas easier to use.
