Being a first home buyer, was scary enough and doing all the wrong things at the wrong time, yet my team help me navigate through to the finish line. I will say this they will defiantly work with you, but it also takes a lot of hard work on your part!! I would recommend Neighbors Bank to anyone!

My loan officer Tim was great. The process itself was definitely difficult but when you you’re getting a mortgage you can expect things to be difficult. The underwriting was by far the worst part of this process, the underwriters could definitely improve, several times our documentation was questioned only for the answer to be already in the document. I don’t think they took the time to fully read the paperwork before sending it back.

My loan team did a fantastic job making sure all the paperwork was completed so it would not get rejected. Ashley Mirth, Mariah DeJonge, and Steve Camp answered all of my questions and concerns that made this a very smooth transaction. I don’t think I could have asked for a better loan team!!
