Bad. Would not want anyone to have to go through what we did. Loan officer John and the underwriter did not do their job right. Our closing was 4 days late, because they was slacking on getting things done when they had the information for days before hand.

Neighbor's Bank quite literally made my home buying dreams come true. I started off with Mason Salzetti as my loan officer and he was spectacular. From our very first conversation I knew I was in good hands with him. I was a first-time home buyer, and I had no idea what I was doing, Mason explained the entire process and answered all my questions and continued to hold my hand through the entire process. I felt like he was truly looking out for my best interest, and I had complete trust in him. Anytime I would worry or have questions or concerns about ANYTHING he was there to walk me through it, he was patient, understanding, very knowledgeable, and honestly made me feel like I was his only customer. If it wasn't for Mason, I would have never made it to closing.Amber took over once I was under contract, along with John Wilson. She was very efficient and kept the process moving forward. John Wilson kept me informed as well as my real-estate agent, and the title company. He made sure everyone was on the same page, that documents were getting signed by the right people, and notified us every step of the way, I was very impressed with how quickly he would respond and get information to us.I am tremendously grateful for this team; Mason, Amber, and John were exceptional. I could have never imagined a dream team like this supporting me every step of the way.
