If you choose to go through neighbors bank even if you don’t have 700 credit score they can help you they can tell you what to do to get approved if you aren’t there yet and if you’re barely there with your credit they will help you maintain that score so you don’t screw it up prior to closing. Read your documents stay informed and do your due diligence so you don’t have surprises
