When we first began this search, we just KNEW it was going to be arduous, expensive, and likely impossible for us to buy a home. We've always felt that way. Speaking with Gelvin for the first time, as he walked me through the first few steps of identifying our candidacy as potential buyers, I was taken aback at how at ease he was with our situation and current degree of liquid assets. He took the edge off of a very stressful situation, and we are now homeowners because of his candor, support, and guidance. Give that guy a raise!!

Alex and Abbie were very thorough and explained every step of the process well so I was never in the dark. This was my first time purchasing a home and applying for a home loan and I was a bit nervous about the experience, but Alex calmed my nerves and made the experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend neighbors bank to any of my friends and family if they were looking to start the home buying process. My realtor also stated that she genuinely enjoyed working with Neighbors Bank and they were a pleasure to work with.
