At Neighbors Bank, I found a great team of people that made the process seem easier than I had anticipated. They were always there to answer any questions I had. Not only were they professional, they were kind.

This was our first time buying a house so we had a lot of unknowns. The fine folks at Neighbors Bank helped answer all our questions and guide us thru everything from start to finish. Our loan process was as a breeze compared to what we were expecting. They worked around all our unexpected hiccups and kept us on track for our original estimated closing date- which saves us having to pay another month of rent while we move. Can’t recommend Christian and Sara enough!

I was scared at first, but my loan officer was so good he made me feel like things were going to be great...and they were great! I am now a Happy Home Owner who gives all the credit to Neighbors Bank and their excellent staff. Hint: Ask for Kolby Hurt.

Again I'd just want a more clear list of what income verification and tax return stuff and what not that yall could even just possibly want. Someone might need time to get all that together and this process moves right along. So having it right from the start would have been a million times more helpful.
