Meet Chad

Chad was born and raised in a small town in Central Missouri. From there, he attended college at Truman State University, finally landing in Columbia, Missouri after graduation. He started in the mortgage industry in 2013 and prides himself in making a complex process easy and enjoyable, and is passionate about helping clients achieve their home ownership dreams. Outside of work, Chad enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his wife and two boys.

    Chad was always available to answer any questions and explain each step during the process. Even our real estate agent was very impressed with Chad. She sent him an e-mail on a Sunday expecting an answer back on Monday. But Chad answered her back about an hour later! She stated she had never had such an efficient and friendly loan officer.
