    Chris was wonderful. He never made me feel like I was ask a dumb question. I has a particular unexpected incident to occur and was terrified my dream of home ownership was done for. But Chris got me through it. At one point the loan I wanted seemed unattainable but he found away.

    Not only did he keep in contact with us daily sometimes multiple times a day if necessary but our realtor was very impressed that he reached out directly to introduce himself. He stated working with bigger companies that rarely happens. Chris answered every question we had.

    Chris was by far the easiest person to work with. Very communicative and explained every part of the process. There was times where I had questions about why we needed copies of stuff and Chris took the time to call and explain. And to be encouraging that things were moving forward and to keep doing what I was doing. I hope that everyone at Neighbors bank has the same experience I did.
