HE grew up in a rural town in the middle of Missouri and enjoys spending time there with his wife, son, family and friends.

    Kolby was fantastic and kept me sane through the process. He was informative and I trusted him. I decided to try to get pre approval not expecting that I could. It’s been a long road. When I received the pre approval notice I didn’t think it was real. Kolby and team helped make having a home a reality for me and mine!!

    We are first-time home buyers. After going to view houses, we wanted to make an offer. He told us to send him all houses before putting in offers. However, Kolby did not respond until the next day. Otherwise, he was extremely helpful, understanding, and was willing to explain everything to us. Just not having that response from him was very nerve wracking and caused extra stress.
