She was very quick on all documentation and follow-ups. Punctual on dates and very accurate on timelines. I do wish she had waited for the appraisal to come back before telling me I had to come up with buyer closing costs, as I withdrew from 401K. My realtor was the one that explained to me that I could fold closing into the loan. That should have been Neighbors Bank.
