I would give Tim an 11/10 if possible. When we placed an offer on our dream home, the dual Realtor wanted to speak with our financing ASAP to confirm eligibility. Tim dropped everything and went above and beyond to help us. I attribute that to being one main reasons we ended up in our dream home. He was just as helpful every day after, he even called to wish us happy closing. Thanks again, Tim!

Tim answered every time I called and I really appreciate that. He always got back with me quickly when he heard any updates good or not so good.
