What I appreciated the most was Tim's sense of urgency. He knew I wanted to get into a home as soon as possible. But, not just any home the right home. He had the documents prepared and ready for me to review and sign. There was never a delay. My loan officer from my bank, left a lot to be desired. There was no energy or sense of urgency. I say this with all due respect.
