If I could give Tim Vieck a score of 100, I would. He was a wonderful loan officer but more so, just a wonderful person, in general. We had a few issues with our credit and such but he knew just what to do, without any judgment in his voice, ever. From day one until closing and beyond, he made himself available to my partner and me. This quality is so rare in a business these days and for an anxious person, who isn't very patient, it is so important to have a kind compassionate, informative, and prompt person like Tim Vieck to conduct business with. He always answered my questions and when I called (usually in a panic) he ALWAYS either answered the phone or called right back. That really made us feel like we were important to him and that he was there for us. I will always be grateful for his help, and understanding and for helping us make our dream of owning a home possible. Every business could use a lesson on how to treat customers from him and his wonderful team, Rachel Whalen and Chris Bledsoe, all of them extremely knowledgeable about their job, tremendously accommodating, and most of all pleasant and friendly. I almost forgot I was dealing with a company because they became more like friends. Very rare indeed.
