I would give Tim an 11/10 if possible. When we placed an offer on our dream home, the dual Realtor wanted to speak with our financing ASAP to confirm eligibility. Tim dropped everything and went above and beyond to help us. I attribute that to being one main reasons we ended up in our dream home. He was just as helpful every day after, he even called to wish us happy closing. Thanks again, Tim!
