The entire team was great but Tim Vieck was amazing. He gave us ultimate customer service. He literally made us feel like we were his only clients. Never did we have to wait hours to receive a response or a return call, he allowed us access to him via text which is ultra convenient for the both of us because we are always working. But when he felt that a phone call would be more efficient, he’d pick up the phone and breakdown/explain everything to us until we fully understood. At one point I was feeling a bit discouraged by the lack of communication we were receiving (NOT from Tim), Tim made a few calls and just like that everyone was hands on deck and the information began pouring in and the lines of communication were flowing again. I realize that “fixing” things like that is not a part of his job description, and it made me appreciate him that much more for going about and beyond his call of duty. I would recommend anyone to this Bank because of Tim!
