Tim maintained perfect professionalism through out the process. At time I just became overwhelmed but with his wonderful personal attention during the process ended up being very positive for me. I honestly believe if it wasn’t for him I would have shed many tears, well I did but they were all full of joy. I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about Tim!!

Getting a Mortgage after retirement have more requirements then when employed Tim was was so patient working with underwriting and myself back and forth he was always helpful I know I could not have got the loan with out his support and knowledge. Thank you

What more could we say than he was great. Always on top of it and answered our questions without hesitation. Even our realtor said she has never had a lender respond so quickly and that was easy to work with.

Tim was available whenever I had any questions about the process or documents they needed. I have heard plenty of horror stories about other mortgage lenders and they all shared a common theme of the loan officer, or anyone, not being available and having to call everyday just to reach somebody. Tim was above and beyond what I expected, and I appreciate it.
