Whenever I had questions or concerns, Tim was readily available to assist. For the few times that Tim did not have an immediate answer or resolution, he would point me in the right direction and/or actively pursue an answer to my concern. Overall, I was very happy to have worked with Tim throughout this process.

Tim was very personable and friendly in the beginning. He became less available and more distant during the process. I was on my way to the closing when I received a very nice phone call from Tim, expressing his congratulations and well wishes.\nI found out that my loan application was approved when I opened the portal for submitting evidence and a GIF congratulations popped up. My realtor knew it went through before I did.

Both our Loan Officer Tim Vieck and our Pipeline Coordinator Jenna Doolittle were amazing! We appreciate all the hard work that was done for us. We completed the tasks in the Neighbors Bank portal as fast as we could which also helped. We had a time crunch of moving out of our old house into a new one, and they made everything easier relieving some of the burden of moving. Tim was very fast and efficient, answered all of our questions, and guided us all the way. We are so thankful and grateful!

Tim is AWESOME!!!! If you're looking for a loan officer he is the MAN! It was a wonderful experience working with him and Rachel. He was very quick to respond to texts, calls, and emails. He even reached out after hours. Now that's dedication. He made buying our new home a smooth process and my family can't thank him enough. 10/10 for him. Very satisfied new home owner.

Tim maintained perfect professionalism through out the process. At time I just became overwhelmed but with his wonderful personal attention during the process ended up being very positive for me. I honestly believe if it wasn’t for him I would have shed many tears, well I did but they were all full of joy. I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about Tim!!
