As a disable veteran I was not given the credits I deserved even though I send offers from other banks offering me a lower interest rate and way lower closing cost. I was told that I could decide whether I wanted to stay or go. The only reason I decided to stay with you was to keep me from starting all over again since I suffer from anxiety and I grant you that your online application programcwas easier to use.

Joey Mirth, Tyler Grace and the entire team responsible for financing our home purchase was absolutely top notch. There were things the needed additional attention during the process... they were there. At last minute challenge was faced head on with all hands-on deck and we still closed on the scheduled day. What else can I say, Just Awesome!

To be brutally honest, it was one heck of a time. A lot of frustrating moments, but they got the job done! We all can now say we did it! Yes, sometimes things do not go to plan. They pulled through for me though. I had some issues on my end. Buying a house is always a pain in the rear, but we did it. Customer service was on point overall, Tyler and Jessica had a lot of patience with me, even when I was over the top with frustrations.Thank you guys

From pre-approval through clear-to-close, their team was organized, transparent, and very responsive whenever I had questions or needed clarification on documents or numbers.The closing process was handled efficiently, and I always felt like my file was being actively managed rather than sitting in a queue. They were also very clear about requirements and timelines, which helped me prepare and avoid last-minute surprises.Overall, the process was smooth, professional, and much less stressful than I expected. I would definitely consider working with them again and recommend them to others purchasing a home.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Neighbors Bank portal is very user friendly which makes it much easier and faster for uploading documents, reviewing documents and communicating with the Loan Officer.
