Mystle was a not a good loan coordinator, she made everything very difficult and didn't respond in a timely manner. Would ask for more documents than underwriting even needed. Just a hard time.

This was a process to get to the end. I don't feel like things were explained to me very well. I spent a lot of time frustrated. I feel like I had to do a lot of indicating things to happens faster.

From the first day I was contacted by the bank with the pre-approval through the closing the whole experience was excellent.
