My husband and I are first time homebuyers. We were nervous about the process, especially having our hands full with a one year old and another on the way. Our loan team was AMAZING! Jessica Jamison and Kara Muenks made the process not only easy, but helped give us confidence the whole way through to owning our beautiful home. They were fast to answer questions and never made us feel like an inconvenience. We can't say enough incredible things about our experience and are truly grateful to Neighbors Bank for taking a major life milestone and turning it into a lifelong, wonderful memory for us and our family!

I had a great experience with Neighbors bank throughout my home loan process. From pre-approval through clear-to-close, their team was organized, transparent, and very responsive whenever I had questions or needed clarification on documents or numbers.The closing process was handled efficiently, and I always felt like my file was being actively managed rather than sitting in a queue. They were also very clear about requirements and timelines, which helped me prepare and avoid last-minute surprises.Overall, the process was smooth, professional, and much less stressful than I expected. I would definitely consider working with them again and recommend them to others purchasing a home.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Neighbors Bank portal is very user friendly which makes it much easier and faster for uploading documents, reviewing documents and communicating with the Loan Officer.
