They were also very clear about requirements and timelines, which helped me prepare and avoid last-minute surprises.Overall, the process was smooth, professional, and much less stressful than I expected. Robert Anderson did a wonderful job. Was very helpful. He explained things. And was a joy to work with. But the rest of the team wasn't. They would ask for paperwork more than once. Certain things that they should have found on county websites they couldn't see. I had to have my realtor send it to them. Even insurance paperwork. They couldn't see information that they needed when it was there. Having a list of everything that they would need in a timely manner would have been a lot more helpful for the buyer. Not doing this everyday, don't know their procedures. So I feel something that should have taken. Maybe a few weeks took a lot more.
