Working with Neighbors was just as easy as the bigger firms, if not more personal than them. I'd recommend Neighbors to anyone looking for a mortgage!

Neighbors Bank walked us through every step and answered every question we had no matter how silly it sounded.
From loan application to closing Neighbor's bank was great to deal with, my loan officer Jessica Seek and Brittany C. Kept constant communication every step of the way.
Jessica, Kara and their team were great to work with! The loan process from preapproval to clear to close was super smooth and easy.
Joshua Falke explains everything throughout the process. He kept checking on me and answered any question I had. I highly recommend him. Great job.

I really enjoyed working with bob and Kara. Beyond helpful, nice, helping to get best pricing as possible. Beyond amazing people. Definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone. Couldn’t have done it without them. Definitely make sure the client is happy and satisfied.
This has been the absolute hardest process. The Loan officer I dealt with did not seem to know how to communicate or was not interested in helping but thankfully the loan coordinator I had assigned to my loan, J.D. Parks, was great and he was always willing to help answer any questions I had. All though the loan officer did not listen to several issues I had with the information she provided to me, J.D. was able to understand my issues and address them.

I've never left a review before now on anything whatsoever. But this experience was so ridiculous It's hard to believe. The 1st if 8 closing dates they provided was on April 30th this year. The loan finally closed just yesterday. They prevented closing for the last 2 months due to me needing to come up with $8k for closing costs only to receive a $500 check from themselves due to them estimating incorrectly to somehow owe me that money at closing. Postponed again during the 6th month of closing over a .67 transaction in my daily checking account from 3 months prior they wanted me to explain and even ended up telling me I needed to contact an acquaintance that I had wired money to recently and have them provide they're personal bank statements to show they weren't holding money for me in a separate account in their name. Completely bizarre. But hey, they did send me a coupon in email hours after closing for a free appraisal for anyone I refer to them! This is your referral if you can benefit from it!

Neighbors Bank has proven they are the right mortgage bank. The staff are all intelligent, caring, along with modest sensitivity to its customers needs. I'm 70 the time this is written. If I had to use a mortgage bank at 80 😃 I'd come right back here. They care, they fight, they think for its potential customers. Until Your in the home you were dreaming of. ❤️
