I am so grateful that Christian Gentil and Brooke Lutz were my loan officer and loan coordinator. They are the best! I cannot say enough about Brooke's warm and caring spirit. Loan officer was awesome... Very patient understanding knowledgeable and made the entire process as painless as possible. However the underwriter is an ass.

Positive experience of course. Home buying process isn’t stress free but they made it easy for me to achieve this goal. Being turned down by multiple loan companies in the past, Neighbors Bank was the one to give me this opportunity. They helped me make it happen. Give them a try and you could become a homeowner as well.

I cannot recommend higher my Loan Officer Garret Ennenbach, whom was exceptional throughout the process. However, once the loan coordinator Renne Carson, I had some issues. Primarily the fact that for weeks the Buyer's Agent was being sent my checklists, information and even the house apprasial. Causing myself, and my agents, to lose negotiation power and even delayed my home closing by an additional week. Due this this, I cannot recommend Neighbors Bank to other people.
