Our initial experience with Neighbors Bank and our loan officer was great- she was very responsive, helpful and prompt during the qualification and pre-approval phases. During our closing, however, our loan officer and her team were difficult to get ahold of, less than helpful, and left us regretting our decision to finance through Neighbors. We are hoping future refinancing transaction(s) go more smoothly.

Scott and his team were amazing. I would highly recommend working with their team. Their customer portal is so easy and hassle free to use. I felt safe and secure sending documents with sensitive information. I never once felt uneasy about anything. They made an extremely stressful situation easier to deal with. It was tedious and I was not happy that the closing costs kept changing, starting from the seller was to pay, to me paying over $10,000 for closing costs. To also having a 2nd mortgage that nobody was aware of. I'm happy we got the house, but the experience was awful
