I truly believe if it wasn’t for neighbors bank we would not have been able to give our children a forever home, from fixing our credit, to income, to any challenges. They were quick acting & so professional. TJ truly made a huge impact on us working with Neighbors Bank. He was loyal, kind, & generous. I will go through Neighbor’s Bank for my next home purchase, simply based on my experience working with two staff members.Melissa was an excellent loan officer. She was very informative, supportive, and encouraging throughout the entire home buying process.Melissa Janke did an excellent job clarifying the complicated parts of the home loan process. I could count on her to cheer for me along the way. I’m so glad her and Kathryn Stoll are on my team.Kathryn Stoll is one of the most patient and effective people I have had the privilege to work with. She was constantly readily available to help me through the entire home buying process. I honestly don’t think I would have closed on time without her direct help. 10/10 in my book.
