Neighbor's Bank was a pleasure to work with and saved us $4k in closing costs by not having miscellaneous charges that other companies were happy to apply to the loan and not negotiate out. We would recommend Neighbor's Bank to anyone and we plan on going back to them when interest rates drop to refinance the loan.

A very special thanks to Justina for really going the distance and helping me with the tedious paper trail that's required. Without her this would have never went through. She really had my back dealing with using crypto currency and showing it legitimacy, I hope that the work I did to provide foot notes and explanation to the flow of how the crypto exchange withdrawal process works, makes future home buyers buying process far easier than mine when using crypto currency.

My experience with neighbors bank was 2 sided. The closing team were VERY difficult to work with and continuously asking for ridiculous items!! Like PROVE how you fixed a well problem even after the test came back good!! Also repeatedly asking for bank transactions over and over after already having them, delaying my closing several times!! On the other hand, Drew was my loan officer and he was AMAZING!! He was there for me at every bump in the road and continuously helped me and guided me!! I literally could not have done this without him, and he deserves a raise for all he does!! He truly was the BEST!!
