I will recommend Crystal to any person, especially a first-time home buyer, as she makes this process so easy to understand. She treats her clients as people and not just numbers. She deserves a raise and a paid vacation! Neighbor's Bank was extremely easy to work with. They answered all the questions I had and made this experience wonderful.

If you choose to go through neighbors bank even if you don’t have 700 credit score they can help you they can tell you what to do to get approved if you aren’t there yet and if you’re barely there with your credit they will help you maintain that score so you don’t screw it up prior to closing. Read your documents stay informed and do your due diligence so you don’t have surprises
