My experience with Neighbors Bank was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends for their home buying process. I cannot recommend higher my Loan Officer Garret Ennenbach, whom was exceptional throughout the process. However, once the loan coordinator Renne Carson, I had some issues. Primarily the fact that for weeks the Buyer's Agent was being sent my checklists, information and even the house apprasial. Causing myself, and my agents, to lose negotiation power and even delayed my home closing by an additional week. Due this this, I cannot recommend Neighbors Bank to other people.
