Our loan officer was awesome really helped out a lot. The whole loan process was a big pain in the ass. In the rural area where we were at made it difficult, and there were a ton of hoops to jump through, maybe more than normal? I don’t know. Overall though neighborsbank was quick with their communication and quick and trying to get the process done.
