Lee and Jacob were wonderful. Taylor made the whole process difficult. He had us, the seller, realtors, title company and the POA upset. The seller was ready to back out, and we would have lost our house.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear Lee and Jacob were great, but I’m truly sorry the rest of the process was so stressful. It’s unacceptable that things reached a point where the deal was at risk, and I completely understand how upsetting that must have been for everyone involved.

Jessica and Kara were so helpful! They were extremely prompt in their communication, and always got me exactly the info I needed. They were also very patient as we moved up our closing date and changed the loan amount to bring more money down.

Austin took over in the underwriting stage and he was phenomenal also, he helped me get what I needed for the underwriting team. Overall the whole team was outstanding. I am 60 years old and have bought several houses over the years. Neighbors Bank was definitely the easiest and friendliest Mortgage Company I’ve ever experienced. There were no surprises or hidden fees. Shannon Matlack and Alyssa Dowell were awesome!!! Shannon was very patient, informative, and personable. I would definitely recommend giving them a chance.
