I have heard many stories about how difficult the mortgage process can be. This was not the case with Neighbors Bank. Garret and Tiffani did a phenomenal job in making this a smooth and easy process for me. I went from pre-approved to homeowner in less than 2 months. I still can't believe it!

There were no surprises or hidden fees. Shannon Matlack and Alyssa Dowell were awesome!!! Shannon was very patient, informative, and personable. I would definitely recommend giving them a chance.
