Being a home owner is most people dreams, if not all people. I am 60 years old and just now becoming a homeowner. No it wasn’t all peaches and cream to get to this point. But I am a man of God and believe that everything happens for a reason and on his time. We can plan and plan for things to go smoothly in every step of our life. But I don’t care who you are. It’s not going to go like YOU planned. Especially when you dealing with other people money, other people agenda, and other people plans. Therefore, I would say to anyone who wants to buy a house and looking for a bank to finance them. Give neighbors bank a chance. And remember it’s not how you start a race, it’s how you finish. If you stumble and fall and feel like you can’t make it to the finish line.. get up and don’t think about dusting yourself off. Hop or crawl to the finish line. By all means cross. Throughout your journey. P.U.S.H. Meaning, Pray Until Something Happens.

I just closed on my new home, and Miranda Phillippe was my Loan Officer. I hadn’t bought a home in years, so the process felt a little overwhelming at times. I could have gone with another lender, but I stayed with Neighbors Bank because Miranda was so kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. She always kept communication open and was quick to answer my questions or provide mortgage quotes on different homes I came across. Even though it was a pretty challenging process at times, she and her team were wonderful to work with. I was finally able to breathe when her team notified me that I was clear to close. I truly appreciate all of their hard work and support in helping me become a homeowner again.
