We lost hundreds of dollars due to closing delays, and days of PTO for myself and my wife planning to move around dates that kept changing. We had an original close date of 06/13, had movers scheduled for the 24th and appliance and internet connection the 23rd. When we had to cancel and change, we had to absorb the cost.
