If your looking at buying a home I highly recommend Neighbors bank. All other financial institutions push you in and out and don’t really care about if you get the approval or not your just another number to meet their quota. At Neighbors Bank it’s the complete opposite. They truly care about you and will be with you every step of the way. Laura Edison was my pipeline coordinator and my go too for anything and everything needed for the underwriters. She genuinely cared about me getting approval from the underwriters and was absolutely amazing answering any questions I had about what was needed. What a great asset to have for your customers. And I want to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT TO BRIAN. Brian was my underwriter. He worked vigorously on my file and gathered everything and more that was needed to get my final approval. At times it felt overwhelming and continuous on the documentation needed but it was to build a strong case to get those magical words of “Cleared to Close”. I’m forever grateful for my team and all their hard work for my dream to become a reality of being a Homeowner!!! If you are ever in the market for a new house this is the bank to do it! And if you’re lucky enough to get the same team I did I can assure you they care about you and will fight for you to make your dreams a reality! From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!! You all were amazing!! And I will always be FOREVER GRATEFUL!!!!

Jessica and Jenna took amazing care of my family. They were easy to get in touch with and on point when we were in contact on what needed to be done. The website to send documents and electronically sign were easy to use and helped get items back immediately to them without needing to mail or drive documents to the building. With their help via email/phone calls and the website to upload items-we were able to get into the home only 2 weeks after signing the contract! This may not be typical for a home loan, but I can say it happened for my family! Thanks to you both for working so fast and being so easy to work with. 1,000,000/10 would recommend again!
