They are ready to answer questions at the drop of a hat, they give you solid advice that makes you feel like they’re looking out for you, not just trying to make a sale. They keep you informed the whole time, and work with you on a schedule that fits your needs. 11/10 would recommend

I found Neighbors Bank on accident. Was applying for a certain type of loan and didn’t realize I was doing it on their website. The loan I was looking at didn’t work out but they got me in one that suited my needs better. When issues arose with the appraisal, they found another way to make it work. The people at neighbors bank, in particular, the ones i have worked with over the past several months, are very friendly and straight forward with you. If you have any quesitons, they are right there to answer them. If they can't answer because they are busy, they will call you back. They are very communicative when it comes to details. If something is needed, they will explain what they need and why. Especially for the underwriters. They will work with you so you understand what is needed. I dont have a lot of words, but for everyone that made this happen for me, I can't thank you enough. You all are exceptional at what you do. I hope others will have the same opinions and experiences.
