Dealing with Neighbors Bank for my first home purchase was a great experience. They explained in detail on all of my questions and was very communicative with us throughout all the way through closing. They kept in contact even throughout the holidays and even though we was not able to close on the scheduled day, they were still helpful in getting it pushed to closing while having the information correct. The only suggestion I can give is as a first time homebuyer, more educational tools would be helpful. There were a lot of unforeseen fees that may be normal in the process but were unexpected with a new homebuyer. Having a more structured document with the expectations upfront would be extremely helpful.
