Thank you for helping me to move into my dream house. My experience was outstanding with Neighbors Bank. My Loan officer, Rob Parham went above and beyond for me throughout the whole process. I found my dream home and he worked endlessly with me to accomplish everything we needed to do in a extremely timely manner. He had me cleared to close within 2 weeks. He answered all my questions professionally and patiently, and trust me I had many. I honestly do not have enough space nor can I find enough words of praise to describe my experience with Neighbors Bank and Rob. I have already began referring people his way. Worst experience I ever had. I was given the highest rate posible even after submitting the required Estimate from competing bank. The people were great. However, I feel I was not help and really have great regret working with Neighbors. Which should be changed.
