I can not say enough kind things about Ashley AND Kayla and truly wish they had a higher rating than a 10, they more than earned a 1000!!!! They were prompt in answering any and all questions I had and I had a million of them!!!! Their knowledge of the process is over and beyond and I have no doubt that I would not have closed on my house in under 35 days without her!!! I consider them family now, not just a loan officer!!!

I outlined what my wife and I were looking for, our credit and employment positions. After that Mackoy was on top of it. He was straight forward, honest and clear on what was going to happen. Highly recommend. I had submitted inquiries to multiple banks and Neighbors Bank was the only one to take my personal life demands into account. I work nights so am only available at certain times of the day. Every other bank only would contact me while I was asleep and blew my phone up. The loan officer with Neighbors Bank contacted me via email or text, which is the way I said was the best to contact me.
