As a first-time homebuyer, I was honestly overwhelmed at the start of the process — but working with Aspen Harris made everything so much smoother. She was incredibly patient, explained every step clearly, and never made me feel like any question was too small. Her knowledge and experience helped me stay grounded through what could have been a very stressful experience.Aspen checked in consistently, offering just the right amount of guidance without ever making me feel pressured. I remember asking her to call on Memorial Day and she called me right away.Thanks to her, I felt informed, supported, and confident throughout the entire process. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better loan originator. Highly recommend Aspen to anyone, especially first-time buyers — you’ll be in excellent hands.

This is my first home to purchase, and everyone I dealt with at Neighbors Bank was kind, quick to respond, explained things without making me feel like an idiot. Lol I am so, so very thankful that I chose to go through Neighbors Bank! Thanks to Joey M., Brittany C., and Holly B.
