As a first time home buyer, I wasn't sure even where to start. All of the staff at Neighbors Bank were incredibly kind, helpful, and patient every step of the way, from the initial inquiry to after signing the final paperwork. They were always accessible and easy to reach when I had questions. I would work with them again in a heartbeat!

I was a first time home buyer and was nervous about the process. Buying a home is long term commitment and investment in a person's life. While I have worked hard at building my fico score and saving funds to make a 20% down-payment and cover closing costs, etc, I also had a life time of other people's not so nice experiences with lenders they used, which added to my nervousness. I did plenty of research and narrowed it down to Neighbors Bank and my personal bank. In the end Neighbors won out. My loan coordinator and the rest of the team were professional, patient, thorough and a pleasure to do business with. They made me feel confident that i was in good hands. Closing on a house is nerve-wracking with all the timelines that must be followed to closing and even when processes seem to be running smoothly the slightest hiccup could delay closing dates by days. My lending team was on top of it and kept me up to date on the processes from start to finish. I was confident with their online process and security of information provided. It ended up being fairly simple. I think I spent more time signing a multitude of paperwork at closing than I did through any of the processes leading up to closing. My loan coordinator Reed Streuber provided valuable information through out the process and even after closing, provided me with timelines on when to expect payments etc I couldn't ask for a better experience with the biggest investment in my life!
