I co-signed on a mortgage for a family member and with all regrets I tried to get my own house and after trying for approximately 5 years and 5 different mortgage companies Neighbors bank stepped in with their expertise and bypassed that mortgage with all documentation provided that I don’t contribute to to it,even got me into an fha program
