Luckily, neighbors bank was there to help us every step of the way, and guide through the entire process. They answered every one of our questions in a timely manner. Loan officer (Lee) was not responsive to my questions and often short and rude. Loan coordinator (Rachel) was non-existant through the entire process. Towards the end of the process we were given less than 24 hours notice of the actual closing date and time. I literally had to sit at my bank which was over an hour away, waiting for the closing cost number to given to me so I could get a cashiers check. Then on closing day we signed and was in the middle of the move when the title company said the lender sent over more paperwork to come and sign. It completely through our plans for moving off. The overall lack of communication and complete disregard of our questions was the biggest issue.
