I just want to say the journey I took with Melissa thru finding a house, losing a house, and than finding my dream home was a roller coaster of emotions. But thankfully Melissa was there for me whenever I had questions, the frustration of a seller, and then the joys of everything happening for a reason to find a dream home in my hometown close to family. I couldn’t have asked for a better team standing beside me to help me with the mortgage process. Everything was clear and questions were always answered. I was updated on statues and never left in the dark about anything. Best experience!

Neighbors Bank was able to get us approved for a higher amount than larger mortgage companies and banks. The entire loan team was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable with a hint of personable. The loan process flowed along smoothly — for the most part — and was very easy to close.
