Was not up to speed with the home loan I went for. Never returned calls even when I was promised a call. Never again will I work with anyone from neighbors bank.

Neighbors bank was great during my first home buying experience! Their online portal was straight forward and simple to understand even though this was my first time. On top of that, my LO and their team were professional and passionate about getting us into our dream home!

I would definitely recommend Neighbors bank. Even if your loan officer is unavailable everyone there will try to answer your questions.

I will tell everyone I know to avoid using neighbors bank. HORRIBLE. The only reason I haven’t written a google review explaining our nightmare is because we liked Rachel as a person and she was very friendly.

Justin Baden was our loan officer on our mortgage and did an outstanding job for us. Buying a house can be very overwhelming and Justin walked us through every step to make sure that we felt comfortable with our decisions. He was even able to get our appraisal fee waived somehow. If you are thinking about buying a home I would look no further than Justin and Neighbors Bank for your mortgage needs. We seriously couldn’t be happier.

Neighbors Bank and Jessica Jamison are fantastic! Great home buying experience all around. As a first time home buyer, I felt educated and informed through the entire process. You should probably use Neighbors Bank for your home financing as well.
