Neighbors bank loan team has been above and beyond professional. Garret Ennenbach and the loan team worked tirelessly to accommodate all our needs and expectations to close on our new property. We had interest in two previous properties but backed out, because of structural issues. The loan team continued to support us while we were seeking other homes. Number three was the charm and Neighbors bank thanked us for giving them the opportunity to work with us. We want to thank Garret Ennenbach and the loan team for all their help.

I almost didn't buy a house. But Tim kept asking me if I found a house yet. After 6 months I finally made an offer on a house. The whole process with Neighbors was easy and they had everything done on time and closed on the date I had set.
