Marissa, Ashley & Tiffani were an amazing team to work with - They kept me updated on the process, explained all of my loan information well and were overall very kind. I would highly recommend Neighbors Bank, especially as a first time home buyer!

At first the experience was great. About 3 days before closing more and more things were needed that could have been gone over by underwriting a week beforehand. Because of this our closing date was pushed back by a week. Also the loan officer was hard for our realtor to get ahold of from time to time, customer service was great but in the future I would recommend underwriting getting documents and things they need in a timely manner. Rather then waiting till the last second to need confirmation on payments when my bank statement was sent 3 weeks prior.

Though my loan went through and I got a place my representatives were very rude, did not keep me up-to-date on what was going on had me do the same things. 3 or 4 2ld me my loan wouldn't go through when they told me it would and just kept me jumping through hoops. For days.
