They were very kind and patient with me. Talk me through a lot of things I didn't understand. Kept in contact with myself and my real estate agent. Gave me time to get all the paperwork together. I work very well with them. I would recommend them to anyone want a USDA loan.

At first everything was great but after we were stuck using this bank because to much had been invested they stopped returning phone calls Venus Scott was great always answered phone unfortunately could not always answer questions Ashley Patterson on the other hand started off great and quickly went straight to crap did not answer phone calls did not return phone calls and was very vague when answering questions if you could get ahold of her.

Over the last couple of months I have been working with Shannon Matlack to purchase my dream home. Shannon is an absolute GEM. She was very responsive to all my needs and had a positive attitude throughout the entire process. I ran into several obstacles along the way (no fault of hers) but she worked diligently to help me resolve them in order to move forward. At first the experience was great. About 3 days before closing more and more things were needed that could have been gone over by underwriting a week beforehand. Because of this our closing date was pushed back by a week. Also the loan officer was hard for our realtor to get ahold of from time to time, customer service was great but in the future I would recommend underwriting getting documents and things they need in a timely manner. Rather then waiting till the last second to need confirmation on payments when my bank statement was sent 3 weeks prior.
