Our loan officer Andrew Barlow was super awesome! Always friendly and willing to answer anytime I had any questions no matter how small my concern was! I never actually spoke with loan coordinator or officer directly over phone. It was through email like we were texting buddies. Never knew what was going on. Had to wait hours for replies

The beginning of the process of buying a home was nice. Christina Jordan did a wonderful job with staying in touch and helping out with things that needed to be handled in the earlier stages of started. Later on in the process got a bit bumpy and a few things could have been a bit better. I feel as a client the ball was dropped on me a few times. The communication from my loan coordinator was very awful and it took me and my agent several times reaching out to get a response back. Some of the information was misleading to a point I was extremely frustrated. The underwriters fail to let us know we needed to have more testings done until 2 days before my first closing date. My closing date was thrown around 4 separate times. The reason I wouldn’t recommend a referral is because I had already recommended 2 other people during the process of first buying and again the ball was dropped on me and I get very little to no communication. When communication was there it was misleading.

Had issues closing the house multiple times. Had to take time off work only to be told 30 minutes before closing that it would not be possible.

My story is to long to go through everything but let's just say that my loan officer Garrett and Andrea worked together very closely to make me a homeowner.Although there were times where I felt it wasn't worth the hassell Garrett stood by me and continued to do his job diligently and in a timely manner. Let's just say he went above and beyond from phone calls to texts to repeating himself he just stayed calm and help me to stay cam throughout the first part of our journey.In the beginning It was a little rocky with things but after working with him for sometime we worked well together.And let's just say thats what makes things rememorable.
