I had a fantastic experience working with Garret Ennenbach as my loan officer from Neighbors Bank. Garret did an outstanding job guiding me through every step of the process. He took the time to clearly explain everything, making sure I understood all my options and what to expect along the way.What really stood out was his responsiveness and dedication — Garret always answered my calls or got back to me right away, which gave me a lot of peace of mind during the process. My Loan Officer Kolby was very helpful. I feel like everything went as smoothly as I could hope for when buying a house. The fees that go along with getting the loan weren’t the cheapest here but the customer service and responsiveness were absolutely top notch.

I knew i wanted to finally own a home of my own at 53. My time to live, and that is exactly what they gave me. Essentially they gave me freedom and a feeling of being home for once in my life. Im not computer savy, but they were there every step of the way. If I got overwhelmed they would just talk me through it. Between the bank and my realtor I never felt alone in this process.
