Everything went very smoothly from start of loan application to closing on the home. The team did a great job

I would have NEVER continued if I had known there would be no updates along the way as they dragged my closing out from June 26 to it actually being closed and funded on the 30th caused me to not be moved out of my apartmemt by the 1st. It didnt even matter to them because they just transferred my mortgage only a few weeks later.

Lane blalock was outstanding throughout the Home buying process, there was no delay on the part of neighbors bank, they got everything done ahead of schedule, was easy to get in contact with lane at any time throughout the process and their team was fast about getting answers to questions I had as a first home buyer. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone mortgage process it was fast and smooth.
