My experience with Neighbors Bank started out great but hit some major snags along the way, due mostly to a frustrating lack of communication. With my closing date changing multiple times, my realtor and I were left scrambling to ensure that I could assume early occupancy of the residence so I would not be without a place to stay because of the deadline of leaving the home I was in. Once my loan officer went out on vacation, communication about the steps I needed to take were almost non-existent. I would recommend Heather again but not the whole team that I worked. This is solely because of issues that were not addressed or communicated to me in a timely manner and in some cases, not at all. Several of my voicemails and emails to the additional team members went unanswered completely. I am grateful that Neighbors Bank was willing to help me secure my loan for my home but I will not be using them for funding again if the need ever arises.
