The staff/agents were all great and quick to respond. There were a lot of steps involved in the paperwork for the loan (which is normal), but they made it as easy as possible.

Paden blew it out of the water, he answered all questions that we had and at any time of day. Feels good to be able to call late and night just go get a response. Emma did an amazing job responding via email as well! Paden not only was helpful through the whole process but showed up to our closing !!! He helped get it done and stayed late on a Friday just so we could get our keys. Will use neighbors bank again for our next home.

The application process was not difficult. It did tend to seem a little drawn out at times and this mainly due to coordination of tasks between all involved parties. Everyone was very professional, very pleasant on the phone and banking app worked great for uploading docs.

Neighbors bank loan team has been above and beyond professional. Garret Ennenbach and the loan team worked tirelessly to accommodate all our needs and expectations to close on our new property. We had interest in two previous properties but backed out, because of structural issues. The loan team continued to support us while we were seeking other homes.
