Everyone was really nice and helpful. I never felt alone, and updates were quick and often. The website is also nicely designed and using it was intuitive.
Tim Vieck was a great help! He made the process smooth and answered any questions that I had no matter what! Thank you l again for helping us buy our dream family home.
My dream is to buy a home.I found on google an ad, I opened the banks website, filled the information, and I found wonderful employees at my services and in contact with me every moment ,thanks to their an amazing efforts, I got approved and now I own a home,it was a coincidence that happened successfully with in two months. Thanks for your support and great services.
As a first time home buyer, the process can be very overwhelming and stressful. If your anything like me, you will have a lot of questions. Luckily, neighbors bank was there to help us every step of the way, and guide through the entire process. They answered every one of our questions in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone!
Everyone was so helpful proactive made the buying process stress free . Special thanks to Tim n Nina
Marissa , Justice and JD did a great job. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is interested in purchasing a home. Thanks
Loan officer (Lee) was not responsive to my questions and often short and rude. Loan coordinator (Rachel) was non-existant through the entire process. Towards the end of the process we were given less than 24 hours notice of the actual closing date and time. I literally had to sit at my bank which was over an hour away, waiting for the closing cost number to given to me so I could get a cashiers check. Then on closing day we signed and was in the middle of the move when the title company said the lender sent over more paperwork to come and sign. It completely through our plans for moving off. The overall lack of communication and complete disregard of our questions was the biggest issue.
Thank you for your feedback, and I’m very sorry for the stress and poor communication you experienced. You deserved better—especially during such an important time. I understand how frustrating the last-minute changes and lack of support must have been, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
I’d welcome the chance to speak with you directly to better understand and address your concerns.

Jason Reddy and his team were nothing short of fantastic. Buying my first home was so easy and hassle free becaue of Jason. I have already recommended him and his team to friends.
My mortgage team was fantastic thru the whole process!
I would most certainly recommend Neighbors Bank especially if you are a new home owner. They understand how overwhelming it is and make is so much easier to navigate buying your first home.
Very easy and extremely helpful with everything.
Honest, transparent, competitive, and supportive throughout the home buying process.
My husband and I loved the experience we had here at Neighbors Bank. Marissa and her team were great. They kept us informed each step of the way, always answered our questions quickly, and were extremely patient with us. I would recommend Neighbors Bank to our friends AND family!
They were fast and very helpful with walking me through the steps and always answer all my questions without hesitation.
Very easy process hard working team
Everyone at Neighbors bank was excellent. They were updating me on the to do list, explaining what they need and why, and very polite and professional.
Some of the stuff the underwriting needed was just not necessary. The loan officers don’t return calls or emails. They was some what helpful. They didn’t seem like they cared if I could this loan or not.
Thank you for your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear that you felt unsupported during your loan process. It’s frustrating when communication is lacking and requests from underwriting don’t feel necessary—especially when you're counting on guidance and care from your loan team. You should never feel like just a number, and I regret that it came across that way.
I’d appreciate the chance to connect with you directly to better understand what happened and how we can do better moving forward.

I had a prequalified letter then when it came to closing I had to rush and pay another debt off before I could close. This information made no sense since I had a prequalified letter. So neighbors bank cost me more money. I asked several times to speak to a supervisor and no one ever called me. I was going to be homeless because of the situation but i rushed and paid what I needed to, to get to the closing table within the contracted amount of time. If I hadn’t had made an offer on a home I would have looked at a different mortgage company.
Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m truly sorry for the stress and unexpected costs you faced so close to closing. I understand how upsetting it must have been to receive a prequalification letter, only to be told later you had to pay off debt urgently—with no clear explanation and no response to your requests for a supervisor. That’s not the level of support you should have received.
I’d appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly and make sure your concerns are fully addressed.
