Joey was always available and willing to help. Weekdays, weekends, or evenings, he would answer our calls. He even stepped out of a family function to help us finish writing an offer on a home. Joey went above and beyond, and I'd definitely reccommend him to anyone.

My husband and I have the absolute worst experience with neighbors bank. People would not call us back. They kept getting our information mixed up when they did call us back. It seemed like they wanted to argue with us. We will never ever use neighbors bank again.

Garret was great! He helped my get pre-approved for a home loan at a time when my credit was not the greatest, but improving. I liked how the site let me know where I was at in the loan process and any items needed were clearly stated in the to do list.

I hadn't planned to buy a home so after my career promotion, but life changed, so my German Shepherd and I needed to move into a home quickly. Neighbors Bank was top notch throughout the entire loan process. Jaime helped me determine what loan options existed and which to choose. Samantha and Chad guided me through the loan application and underwriting. I was a first-time homebuyer with only fair credit, so I had many questions and nerves. All 3 of them were helpful, responsive, and very competent. They were integral in ensuring I closed with no issues or surprises and on-time. I highly recommend Neighbors Bank to everyone looking at a home purchase, and especially to those who - like me - didn't think that option existed.

Neighbors bank always responded in a timely matter to any of my questions. They always had thorough answers to why concerns or questions I had. They walked me through every step of the way and even helped me in the beginning. Ashley M, was such a huge help in us being able to get approved for a loan as my boyfriends credit was lower at the time she gave us the advice and what to do to get where we are today and we own our house now!
