Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Neighbors Bank portal is very user friendly which makes it much easier and faster for uploading documents, reviewing documents and communicating with the Loan Officer.

Robert Anderson did a wonderful job. Was very helpful. He explained things. And was a joy to work with. But the rest of the team wasn't. They would ask for paperwork more than once. Certain things that they should have found on county websites they couldn't see. I had to have my realtor send it to them. Even insurance paperwork. They couldn't see information that they needed when it was there. Having a list of everything that they would need in a timely manner would have been a lot more helpful for the buyer. Not doing this everyday, don't know their procedures. So I feel something that should have taken. Maybe a few weeks took a lot more.

The entire team was awesome! Carina was assigned to originate my loan and explained and answered every question I had. For me, it was a very personal experience. She was so helpful and honest about which options I had and gave me her best assessment as to which options would fair against underwriting. I had absolutely no worries when it came to underwriting because of the knowledge and guidance Carina offered. She laid the foundation of trust which carried over to the rest of the team.
