Neighbors made the mortgage loan process very easy and straightforward. I love the pp and seeing my "to-do's" and progress. The loan coordinator Jennifer was also helpful in coordinating all the receipts and documentation I needed to provide as well as being responsive to questions. Overall just a great exoerience for a big purchase decision!

I think the bank needs better communication for first time home buyers. I was nervous had questions that needed answers that the loan officer wasn’t picking up the phone to and I’m one of those people that like upfront communication not texting all of the time.

Aspen and Emilee were absolutely fantastic. We had a few different lenders that we inquired with, but what made us want to stick with Neighbors was how flexible Aspen was with our purchase experience. She took the time and effort to adjust figures multiple times until we eventually found our home. Emilee was quick to get back to our questions, and both of them did a great job of making us feel confident even when kinks in the process came up.

At first it was great then coming to the end it seemed I couldn't get any answers or when I tried to call no one would call back. Then at the last moment delayed my closing put everything behind schedule. Then have rush to get the rest done and on closing day the underwriter got so picky about everything. It seemed it took forever to finally get signed and get my keys

Agent was hard to get in contact with in the beginning, then I was repeatedly given different info on what the rate was, the rate hasn't changed in almost 21 days even after hearing on the news the rate dropped a little, and not given proper opportunity to buy down my rate when I was told I was shy $400 of a point buy down. Usually you can buy down a half point. I continued with the process because I didn't have time to start over due to being in the process of selling my current home and needing to vacate in a short time.
