Neighbors Bank has a great team that put together my loan package and bumped up the closing by a month. Everyone was fantastic to work with. It was so appreciated all the hard work that was put in by several of the associates.

My loan officer, Jordan Legg, made promises that never happened. He told us that we would not have to pay down payment. Only to switch loan type that required it and never told us anything!! He told me he would get me credits and let me know what they were by the end of the day. I had to call back days later for an update which he didn’t have one. We were given a cash to close amount days before closing so we got the cashiers check. The day before closing we were notified by Jordan that his closer made a mistake and we owed an additional $2400! He made numerous promises to contact me in a certain timeframe and he never kept his word! I will never use Neighbors bank again!!

Joey was always available and willing to help. Weekdays, weekends, or evenings, he would answer our calls. He even stepped out of a family function to help us finish writing an offer on a home. Joey went above and beyond, and I'd definitely reccommend him to anyone.

My husband and I have the absolute worst experience with neighbors bank. People would not call us back. They kept getting our information mixed up when they did call us back. It seemed like they wanted to argue with us. We will never ever use neighbors bank again.

Garret was great! He helped my get pre-approved for a home loan at a time when my credit was not the greatest, but improving. I liked how the site let me know where I was at in the loan process and any items needed were clearly stated in the to do list.
