Everyone I interacted with was professional, helpful, and kind, and they made a process that can often feel stressful much easier to navigate. They were responsive to my questions, took the time to explain things when needed, and worked hard to help me reach my goal of purchasing my home. I truly appreciate the support and service I received and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a helpful and professional bank for their home loan.

Reilly Aldrich and Cecil Anderson were the most awesome guys for this company. They were easy to work with. They really are the best guys I've ever had the pleasure of working with for a home loan. If there were any issues I had, they carefully took the time to give me understanding of the items that I needed to help my loan move faster. I very recently closed on my new home. Neighbors Bank made it so easy! I did everything online and they were always quick to reply if I had questions or concerns. My realtor said they were a dream to work with. She told me that the process was by far the easiest she has had all year. She plans to tell other perspective buyers about Neighbors Bank too!

Neighbors bank would not tell me if I was approved for my loan until a couple days before the closing. Every few days the bank would ask for more docs and act like they didn't know whay they were doing for over a month. And neighbors bank could not get my loan closed until a week after the original closing date.
