This was the first time I had gone through the process of buying a home and boy, was it stressful! My loan officer, Mabel, was there every step of the way to answer all the questions I had, encourage me not to give up and reassure me that I would be a homeowner! She is amazing. She and Alyssa both worked hard to help get things worked out for me to close on the mortgage loan. I am thankful for having such great representatives to work with. One thing I've learned through this process? Be patient. It won't happen overnight. I went through a 3 month long process of getting things ready to close. Don't give up and don't get discouraged.

My experience whit neighbors bank was very unique, low fico , low money, but Angela Price, Kacie Smith,Rod Parham,Austin Loyd, these team star working in my loan 7/19/26 and 8/19/26 we close the deal , My realtor Jevincio Tooson did a tremendous job to be a part of these team , them blue grass title Jennifer Bautista seal the deal, If you think you can’t qualify for a loan , give a neighbors bank a chance , excellent team working for a great company , the only thing you need to do follow theirs instructions and summit doc request your loan will move forward quickly, they do the rest.
