I had a fantastic experience working with Garret Ennenbach as my loan officer from Neighbors Bank. Garret did an outstanding job guiding me through every step of the process. He took the time to clearly explain everything, making sure I understood all my options and what to expect along the way.What really stood out was his responsiveness and dedication — Garret always answered my calls or got back to me right away, which gave me a lot of peace of mind during the process. It’s clear he truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to make things as smooth and stress-free as possible.I highly recommend Garret to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and professional loan officer. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable!

Melissa Janke and her team of Austin Lloyd and Brooke Lutz were fantastic!! They went above and beyond to help get me into my dream house, and helped me to close a week earlier also!! They were absolutely wonderful to work with!!! I couldn’t recommend them enough! 17/10 stars if I could!!!

My Loan Officer Kolby was very helpful. I feel like everything went as smoothly as I could hope for when buying a house. The fees that go along with getting the loan weren’t the cheapest here but the customer service and responsiveness were absolutely top notch.

I knew i wanted to finally own a home of my own at 53. My time to live, and that is exactly what they gave me. Essentially they gave me freedom and a feeling of being home for once in my life. Im not computer savy, but they were there every step of the way. If I got overwhelmed they would just talk me through it. Between the bank and my realtor I never felt alone in this process. As a first time home buyer, I wasn't sure even where to start. All of the staff at Neighbors Bank were incredibly kind, helpful, and patient every step of the way, from the initial inquiry to after signing the final paperwork. They were always accessible and easy to reach when I had questions. I would work with them again in a heartbeat!
