VERY smooth home buying experience from them. GREAT communication from the loan team, app/website was extremely user friendly and intuitive, and closing timeline/underwriting was fast (even with delays from USDA due to the shutdown).

I loved how helpful they are. They were able to answer my questions before I even had to ask them. They were quick about getting back to me. They notified me about every documentation they requested and helped me get the proper information. They helped me write letters to the underwriters, get discounts, and explained all the rates and fees. Jennifer Brown was informative, efficient and quick. If I could change anything I would ask that they let the buyers know when they will be out of office so I knew who to contact directly but I bought my home during the holidays so it was nice to get into my home before Christmas. I felt supported and important to the employees at neighbors bank.
