I initially tried to work with my bank, but they were very unresponsive. They didn’t know many details, ignored my questions, and my loan officer would disappear without any explanation. I was extremely stressed because this was my first time buying a home.Eventually, I became exhausted and decided to apply with a smaller bank instead of my large, well-known bank. I submitted my application late at night, and by the next morning a loan officer contacted me, introduced himself, and we immediately started working together. His name is Jacob, and he was absolutely amazing.Jacob was always available. I even texted him late at night, and he always replied. He answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. I had a complicated situation because I work two jobs — one full-time and one part-time. I was worried they wouldn’t count my income from the second job since I had only been there for one year, but Jacob went to underwriting department and talked with them, they said it’s ok which gave me so much relief. I used to read a lot of reviews from Reddit etc. Most I was afraid that someone worked less than two years it’s why end of everything they got denied. I liked that Jacob asked even before we started. He found me Agent right away and my agent found all inspectors etc.Then I had loan coordinator I think. We worked together for about a month and a half because the first house I chose had many issues and didn’t pass inspections. Then I found a better home 😬 then decided to change homes, they fully supported me again, even though it meant more work for them.In the end, I moved into a beautiful home, and I couldn’t be happier. The home-buying process is incredibly stressful — full of uncertainty and anxiety — but I made it through only because of this team. I was so overwhelmed at times that I even cried, sometimes couldn’t even sleepAlso Jacob found the cheapest home insurance, but I’ m person who always try to safe money, so I called to 4 different insurances and mine from Mercury was cheapest. The staff was truly top-tier, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home. Now I have a magnet ‘ Home sweet home’😃🏡

Neighbors Bank was absolutely amazing to work with! Chris and Justina were great on communication and making sure I found the perfect home and got to the closing table within my small time frame. Being a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and obstacles to overcome. Chris was always there to clarify any questions I had and met all of my lending needs. I would definitely recommend neighbors bank to anyone looking to buy a home!!

Using neighbors bank for a government loan is time-consuming a lot of useless paperwork and neighbor's bank took their time to go over everything with us making sure we understood everything and then when the government shutdown continue to do what they needed to do with limited resources due to the government shutdown and they were able to get our loan closed just under two weeks late due to the shutdown which was over a month. I plan on to continue to use them and refer them

Christina Jordan was phenomenal!!! She was patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. If it wasn’t for her I don’t know that I would have chosen to buy a house. This process can be crazy but she made it as easy as home ownership can be lol.

From the very start of the process was a disaster. Our loan coordinator and loan Officer seemed like they didnt know what they was doing. Telling us wrong information on what we needed and what needed to be done. Things were done without our permission as in sending information to others that was not ok'ed by us. Our closing was pushed back 2 or 3 times because they didnt have answers for us or couldn't get their team together to figure out what needed to be done. Alot of our questions we had where answered with "well I dont know I'll have to find that out" without ever a response back until we had asked again and again. This was our first home buying experience and because of how badly this company made the experience we never want to buy another house again!!!!

Working with Neighbors Bank was not like working at all! It was so easy to understand what was needed, and what was happening because the team was so responsive. Communication was amazing, emails and calls regularly with updates on the home buying process. If there were ever questions on anything the team made sure to provide excellent explanations and support. They truly worked with us making sure everything always went smoothly and effortlessly. The site was easy to use and laid out well. We received updates, responses and decisions in unprecedented time frames never having to wait on anything. I couldn't recommended them more!

Being a first time homebuyer I had no experience on what to do or what I needed.. The loan team provided excellent guidance from Becca Bailey in pre-approval that included guidance and what I needed to do as far as credit was concerned all the way thru Marissa M. My loan officer and underwriting and closing, the whole team was excellent. The Neighborsbank app was very convenient, My work schedule is very demanding and the app allowed me to send documents and sign documents after hours or even in the middle of the night depending on my schedule. In fact, the majority of the process was done online and thru the app. Overall it was a good experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use Neighbors Bank in the future..

Everything was super easy from the start, Jennifer helped us set everything up and answered all of my 10000 questions, she talked to me like we had known each other our whole life. We spoke everyday getting all of the paperwork ready and planning out what was next, idk if I could have survived the stress without her support. When it was time to close on the house we had a great team that guided us to the end and made sure we were taken care of. Now we have the home we dreamed of, everything we wanted all in one and there will never be a way to thank Jennifer and the whole team at Neighbors Bank enough!!!
