The loan officer, Christina Jordan, was absolutely amazing. She stayed in communication with us. She answered every question we had, even if it was outside of office hours. Her communication skills and knowledge are phenomenal!! On the other hand, Brittany Christian, the loan coordinator, was the complete opposite of Christina. Brittany wouldn't answer phone calls or call back when we left a message, barely answered emails and almost never answered text messages. So, essentially, very little to no communication, caused unnecessary delays in closing. She wasn't properly reading through documents and kept asking for things that were already in our file and asking for information about an "employer" that neither my husband nor myself works for and we've never worked for. Brittany turned an initially great experience into an unnecessary stressful, frustrating, aggravating experience.

Chris Yackley avoided my calls and emails and was very unhelpful overall. He did not explain or describe any part of the process of buying my first home whatsoever. All in all it was an absolute nightmare and I was left to figure nearly everything out on my own. I wouldn’t recommend anybody ever to avoid them going through what I went through.

We had the best loan officer (Gwen) at the beginning of the process which made everything go smoothly, unfortunately we switched to a new loan officer towards the end and communication was not his strong suit.

There was not a lot of back and forth and I was not given all the info for my loan so it ended up costing me way more money then what it was supposed to be.

You know, I really don’t know how to put this. I’ve always had a dream of buying a house and never really thought I’d be able to but thanks to Jason and Alyssa. We were able to make my dreams come true. I am a forest officer for the state of Oregon. I’ve worked very hard to get where I’m at today and give my kids the life I never had. I can’t think Jason and Alyssa enough.

We had a really amazing experience with Neighbors, specifically Justice and Cecil. Buying a home for the first time is so scary and anxiety inducing at times but at every turn we were met with nothing but kindness and compassion. They were always willing to help and answer any of the one million questions we had and never made us feel like a bother. By the end of it, we were all joking and carrying on like old friends. We will 100% be recommending to everyone that they come work with Neighbors, thank you again for all of your help and kindness!
