I was scared at first, but my loan officer was so good he made me feel like things were going to be great...and they were great! I am now a Happy Home Owner who gives all the credit to Neighbors Bank and their excellent staff. Hint: Ask for Kolby Hurt.

Again I'd just want a more clear list of what income verification and tax return stuff and what not that yall could even just possibly want. Someone might need time to get all that together and this process moves right along. So having it right from the start would have been a million times more helpful.

Neighbors Bank helped get our family's beautiful home we lived in Florida and was moving to another state and we had walk through videos for all the houses with Abby , Tia and Ashley was amazing if you work with only those 3 women you will have your home too

I think the only thing I would add is perhaps a info sheet at the outset of the process to know what to expect. All of our questions concerns were readily available, but perhaps a short video or pamphlet to go over the 1 2 3's would be helpful.
