  This was a process to get to the end. I don't feel like things were explained to me very well. I spent a lot of time frustrated. I feel like I had to do a lot of indicating things to happens faster.

  From the first day I was contacted by the bank with the pre-approval through the closing the whole experience was excellent. The whole team is easy to get a hold of, kept me up-to-date along the way, and even reached out on milestones along the way even if it was after hours.   Working with Scott and Jd was great , they always had time to answer any questions I had (which was a lot being this was my first home purchase) they always got in contact with me anytime anything changed or was updated , overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend going through neighbors bank

  Have them tell you way ahead of time what all you will be required to have before you except anything. It is a long process. So be ready. Make sure you lock down what you are really getting and who is covering what in writing.
