If you get a good team that works fast and helps walk you through on how to get the correct documentation you will be fine. They helped and was very helpful with the credit process. Underwriting was tough and felt like it took forever.

My experience with Neighbors bank was incredible. Giving them a solid 10 just doesn’t do justice to the hard work and effort they put in to land me and my family a first time dream home. Scott and Brooke and their whole team did a wonder job. Keep me up to date was very good with communication. Overall these guys are the best. I would highly recommend anyone to them!
