As a first time home buyer I was overwhelmed with the prospect of securing a home loan, but then I connected with Neighbors Bank. The entire process was done online which was a huge benefit! I was in constant contact with my loan officer from start to finish and Melissa took time to explain the loan process in an easy to understand manner. She and Abbey were great to work with!!

Our experience with Neighbors Bank was terrific. The home buying process can be grueling. They do everything to alleviate the stress that comes with making this type of purchase. Their online tools were very helpful and their To-Do list makes sure you don’t miss anything. I highly recommend Neighbors Bank!
