We had a great experience with Neighbors Bank from the very beginning! They offered such a great rate and loan for us! We ended up closing with NO MONEY DOWN, sellers covered ALL closing cost and we received a refund check at closing. Not to mention they offered a 5.125% mortgage rate! As first time homebuyers, we really weren't educated with the process. Steve, John, and Chad answered any questions we had with no hesitation and backed us 100%. I would recommend this bank to any homebuyer! They've got your back! Thank you Neighbors Bank!
